PRESENTS

I guess after 57 years the Aliens got real sloppy or something cuase the first movie it took a couple days to kill one and even then it took all but one crew member and I cat with it. In Aliens these babies splat like insects. In fact the first scene we are reintroduced to them is a big fire fight where a bunch of them get splattered adn burned to death in a few minutes! AND ripley and a SMALL CHILD are able to fight off a face sucker with their bare hands? Piss poor dialogue and annoying, hackneyed space marine caricatures asintde, all the practical effects are still on point. Still lots of long breathy endulgent shots of the cool props and toys they made. It's certainly not revolutionary like the first one, but as far as sequels go it was above par. Only just barely though.
